No. If you got a vac ban you cant remove it.

Unfortunately not. You just need to make a new steam account. There are some programs which "removes the vac ban", but they are fake.

If this vac is from your fault then no.
But if someone stole your account and then got vac banned then you can try messanging support and maybe they can help
(Polish streamer's Izak account got stolen and vac banned so he contacted support and they removed ban)

As I know the VAC will never remove any ban from the Steam and things like that. I don't remember where that was said.
