As far as I know, not if you use the script in your secondary account and they only ban you from that account, the problem is if they ban you the IP of the PC you play on, you won't be able to play on the main one

Ive been banned several times and never by hwid, I was even banned by hwid in valorant on my main account and even then my league of legends was not affected

No, ban in League of Legends is per account and no hwid so you can get ban in smurf account but your main account will be safe

Install a brand new Windows and remove the old disk and replace it with a new one. This will help get rid of all signs of an HWID ban

I think it's unlikely because I've used scripts on accounts that were banned at the same time that accounts I didn't use weren't banned.

I have hundreds of banned accounts over the years but I have a few accounts I never cheated on. They are not banned and I still play on them sometimes. So no, I don't think they hwid ban. But Im 100% sure they can ban your hwid. They chose not to.
