No, that's not really possible at all. And that because Health,Ammo,Movement etc etc.. are Server Sided in most modern Multiplayer Games especially Pubg. So yeah unfortunately that video you might've seen is fake.

before pubg gave the banning wave , I hav e faced something just like it . i am in the last zone but there is no any insight but still 5 enemy alive. and then i died in zone .they got chicken dinner
