Lower the resolution, disable startup apps, use tweaked windows, don't open any apps like Google Chrome when you're playing.

configure your graphic settings download an app to boost games and your pc ; i use advanced system care , its really good, it can defregment pc files , fix windows failures, update drivers , has many apps that fix problems in windows like windows repair , driver booster , ram auto cleaner etc

turn off all draw, off playlist awareness,
turn on dx9, install driver new for graphic card,
close all background apps

remove all overlay app (or close them)
low settings graphic in league
Windows defender -> Off (perma scanning in background take perf)

I never have this mentioned lag when using scripts I think it might be because your computer specs? maybe or its ping based? do you live near the riot towers or far away also id recommend closing everything before playing league with them
