Is This Some New Error? How to Fix That?

recently when opening the mh loader this error appeared and I didn't find it in the errors and solutions topic, has anyone had this error and have any idea how to solve it? ps: i disabled antivirus.
- Check to see if there are any updates available for the MH loader or any related software, and install them if necessary.
- Make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the MH loader.
- Try running the MH loader as an administrator by right-clicking on the program icon and selecting "Run as administrator."
- Disable any other software that may be interfering with the loader, such as firewalls or other security software.
- Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the MH loader to see if that resolves the issue.

its not the firewall problem. bro you just need to do 1 step change the version of window and download all drivers completely. from driver booster all c++ and all direct x these are drivers
