I feel that scripters are going to decrease, but nothing is impossible to bypass. Scripts will be more expensive, I guess, as they will be more difficult to make.

Having diferrent skins is cool, but for example in pubg, if zou get hit on your clothes, you will loose health , definitly

I have a bad news about custom skins with Vanguard Since Vanguard will block any third-party software that tampers with the game's files indiscriminately, the third-party programs used to create custom skins could be disabled. Source
