It wont be that smooth but it can actually play the game just reduce the graphics a bit then you're good to go

Bro go to the official website of Epic games and create an account, make sure to verify email and then download their launcher, from there you search Just Cause 4 Standard Edition and click on get for free. There you have it bro a permanent game for free. Glad I could help you

Got it just because it was free but honestly, I liked Just Cause 3 better. 4's story is very monotonous and boing
