Kalista doesn't explode the E ever

Hi guys, i was playing a couple of Kalista games and noticed that the tool never uses my E, regardless of the config i'm using. Is there any fix or any recommended config? I lost the count on kills and opportunities i've missed because of this

it use only when it kill somone change it or use manually its not hard

try cleaning temp files in %appdata% and follow steps again
