l have GPU even tho l cant see it using l cant see on task manager

The surest way is to go to your device's bios and check or check with run --> dxdiag

go to the device manager and check if it is disabled or not

I think you should use old version driver of your GPU and if it's not working then I think you PC needs drivers update .

Go ti graphics settings then add game u wanna use and make it performance mode so it uses gpu
