u can use an external but unless u are good at welding u can't replace the internal gpu

as i know you can change it but you need someone professionel they have some special machines to heat the chip of gpu and they remove the gpu from your laptop motherboard then replace the new one but i saw this in a video that guy was fixing the gpu i think you can replace it with the new one but maybe this can be risky so i dont recommend you
before buying, analyze your desktop version
