Close every process from ur pc that use memory, and remove drawings from ur config
Any cheats reduce the FPS in the game, but you can reduce the load. Turn off drawning this should stabilize the fps a bit

try to update u GPU graphics... and unistall some windows app... fresh start up will resolve !

Try to clean your computer, delete what you no longer use, always when playing games leave other things closed, so you can increase your FPS a lot and if you don't decide, try formatting your friendly computer
if your pc isnt that good you have to close everything
