Some say it's fixed but i keep playing without them and script is loading fine without making LoL crash.

will probably return to normal only after the update, which will come out soon...but you can play without the drawings

just run the laucher without the drawings.

It depends, if you use it without the drawing yes it is normal, but if you do not disable the drawing the script will close the game.
