Here is the champion TIER LIST, prepared with the 13.1b update.

1. This tier list is the current update rank list prepared independently of script. It has nothing to do with scriptit.
2. Tier list: A tier list is a concept in video game culture where playable characters or other in-game items are subjectively ranked according to their vitality as part of a list.
3. If the images are small, if you click on them or drag and drop the image to the tabs, you can see it in HD and large.
