You should have access because you're a confirmed member. No need for any higher rank. I suggest you contact the admin, and if you can access it now but for some reason(s) the hack is not loading then check these:
Antivirus should be turned off
Windows Defender should be disabled
AdBlock should also be disabled
Make sure you have the latest Windows version.

Watch the tutorial video attached to the hack page and follow the process of injecting.
