It's definitely a difficult situation, but it's not impossible to carry. Perhaps try focusing on taking objectives and picking off enemies who are out of position. Communication with your duo is key. Good luck!

You dont thats the thing if its a fed chogath or sion goodluck winning that game lol but honestly vayne is the only counter i can think of that has a possibility of killing a fed tank

Lmao I call it league of tanks too. Nothing you can do besides rush items like serylda's, black cleaver and serpents. But you're probably still fked it you don't have any tanks to balance the scales. Or at least execute champs like Veigar, Pyke or Garen. Even true dmg champs like Fiora, Vayne or Master Yi could probably do something.

You can easily melt tanks like butter depends on what role you playing
- Marksman: Kraken Slayer, Lord Dominik, BoRK
- Fighter: Divine Sunderer, Black Cleaver,
- Assassin: Eclipse/Dusk Blade, Serylda’s Grudge, Serpent’s Fang (Situational: Only if they get heavy shields)
- Mage: Luden's Echo, Void Staff, Shadow Flame

You can counter tanks if u are good at kiting and using vayne with a good items for tanks and some positioning
