I feel there it will get buffed in the next patch. People are playing poorly with her and don't seem to understand how it works. Lillia should be played as a off tank-aoe ccer. And I feel she can be used best on top lane with conqueror as Q has 4s cd on lvl 1. It is just like hecarim with more speed.
