Have you tried using a VPN? try with that on a Turkish server, if that doesn't work disable ipv6 on your network setting and reboot your pc.

Delete the loader and unrar new one, also log out and log in again to the MH website, you can also use vpn, if you are using windows other than windows 10 so the hack will not work properly and you will face errors. disable anti virus and run the loader as administrator.
