LOL hacks not working

I am a confirmed member and my account has been registered since may, yet when i want to use the hacks, it says that i have to belong to a group(including confirmed member) to use it... is there a fix or something i can do ?

it says member below my profile picture but when i click on my profile at the top, it says that i am a confirmed member

refresh the site and you will get your confirmed member rank

You probably haven't updated the page yet, if don't go anyway, just log in again
