to use a script just open the programs and run

See, it's possible for you to achieve it since others 'ave done it before. But let me tell you, mate, it's gonna take a lot of bloody effort and time, and there's no guarantee that you'll come out on top.
if you have knowledge of programming language, ofc you can do it, but i think one of the hardest part is finding the offset (for example enemy offset to make skill point to that offset) and the champ config, but i believe you can do that
