Shen is a kind of team dependent champion, i would suggest you to play carry fighters champions like camille, darius, riven, Yone.

Shen is god!
Shen is one of the best top laners that contributes in almost every team fight , the ultimate works in a global way which helps the team a lot to support a 2v2 and turn it into 2v3 in addition to the shield that allies gain right after using the "Ultimate" on em , so yea but the lane phase , could be so much a coin flip , either way you master Shen and win your lane without feeding and wait for late game and other side of the story is the worst , that your opponent is early game champion , which will makes him stomp the game so hard.

It all comes down to skill really but i have noticed that he is pretty good in lane and then when midgame comes he falls off hard and depends on his team a lot since hes a tank so i would say weak if you dont know how to play him and strong if you do know how to play him.

tbh he's very strong compared to other characters in game. but you have to be skilled either while playing shen
