I hope ya’ll have heard of the Netflix original series ‘13 REASONS WHY’.
The show has a really depressing outline. Hence, to execute it in a melancholic way, the use of sad songs is done.
There is this scene where the male protagonist, Clay Jenson, recalls his memories of dancing ,with his late friend Hannah baker (female protagonist- who had recently committed suicide) , on the song ‘THE NIGHT WE MET’.
