It's working. Try to disable antivirus and adblock. Also disable windows defender then restart the pc.

Yes it was my Antivirus i guess.. it was weird because i put the folder in exeption.. and it work everyime but suddently it shows this error so i was kinda confuse.. however it works again now thanks guys

just restart ur pc and try again or do factory reset i had the same error i just restarted my pc and it worked
