LPReborn about Jinx script

Hello,
so yeah i'm trying to play lpreborn jinx and i have the following issue :
I press V to clear the line I use manual Q to switch
when champion pop up, i press C but jinx keep farming (guess she target the closest enemy)
I would like to completly forget the minions once champs are close to concentrate on them.
The target selection menu is to decide which champ to target first but it doesn't tell if my champ shall bypass the minions and attack only champs.
I guess you get the problem here,


Also i don't know the difference between
Harass
Clear
Mix
Second important thing :
when i farm and there is an enemy champion poping , well i just continue farming insted of hitting the champ.
if there is a guide i would take it or a youtube video or anything that can help
