I've been using LP Reborn for 7 days now played like 20 matches and still did not get banned , is it supposed to be like this and what is the usual ban rate ?

t is much smaller than the sharp wind there is only a limit how long to play I mean hours in the day and not make the use of evade so obvious

Are you sure there's not an hidden algorithm about that ? Cause im pretty sure i read somewere that leagues just lets some hackers play just to get more info on the cheat and how to shut it down completly.
So just be carefull while using those, cause you might be one of those. And when they decide to shut it down, you're going down with it.

I've been using it for 2 months and I haven't been banned. I saw on the forum there are those who have not been banned for 1.5 years.

WS is mass banning, LPR isnt
but take care using evade, config it with ur ms ( 200 - 300 ms is very legit)
take care when doing combos, harass, farming..
get into training match and config it, all fo it.
