1 - If you are using a browser other than chrome then this could be the problem. Always use the chrome browser!
2 - If any ad blocker is installed on your computer, I recommend uninstalling it.
3 - Disable windows defender or any antivirus. Delete the LPRB folder (C:\Users\*Name*\AppData\Roaming) and test again.
