From looking through the forums I found people talking about the same issue you had. Is the version your using not Riot? If so this program only supports Riot version you will most likely need to find a hotfix for the version you are using. Luckily someone was nice enough to post a hotfix for the Grena version in a previous resolved post.

Yea there was a post that was resolved where a guy posted a hotfix. I would post it here but I don't want to take credit for his work so you will have to find the thread under resolved. You should find it by looking for the same type of problem titled thread.

The best chance is to dm the person who released it and hope they can help you out. Sorry for being unable to help you with this further. If I find anything about it ill let you know.
