There always is the risk of getting banned with those softwares. A new update is the biggest risk and you should wait until someone confirms it is still undetected. Till then play safe with it and don't go all in with Jinx attack speed and ability haste build. If you get banned you cannot unban yourself. Settings are best when untouched if you don't know what you're doing.
