Yes, it is good. I recom playing him on JG, because on lane there is so many chmaps that are broken in the current meta that makes morderkaiser looks like a normal champion instead of the broken thing he truly is.
Forget about ganks, power farm your jungler and then power farm the enemy's jungle. As a Morderkaiser no other JG can win a 1x1 against you, and because your R it will always be 1x1.

morde doesn't need any script bro but you can use the script for the lines and for last seen on map

Scripts are best to use on a ranged champion since it enables you to perfectly kite not to mention that morde doesnt really need scripts
