As they told you above, the only way to get banned is through manual reports, try to hide a bit and you're saved

This is right, but you can lessen the risk if you don't abuse the hack.
Because I think reports in the game can get you banned even though it is undetected.
This is the most accurate so far, dont use it on your main if you might regret it when you get banned, because its just a matter of time before there is a banwave again.
