Lucid dreaming took me awhile to aquire. Took me about 6 months to be able to do without writing down what I wanted to dream about and gain full control of my dreams. Whenever I get into a dream depending on how realistic it is, I can actually tell myself that "Hey, you're in a dream." Allowing myself to change things and become a god.
Once I dreamed that I had a country house in which there is a cat, then I woke up and it turned out that I was with my grandmother in the village and there was a cat there.
Talk about my method.
First find your own sleep cycle, and then find the rapid eye movement period, which is the time to dream. My sleep cycle is about 3 hours, so I will be dreaming about 1.5 hours after I fall asleep. So I just need to set a 5-hour alarm clock to wake up the "dreaming me" in the second sleep cycle. At this time, I can start editing my dreams. Usually, we can't dream what we want to dream, we can only edit on the basis of the original dream. Because I was awakened by the alarm clock, I knew that it was a dream just now. At the same time, because I was too sleepy, I wanted to continue to sleep. So I can join my own consciousness to edit the dream. Usually, I can turn a nightmare into a beautiful dream. But if my whole mental state is anxious, my dream will turn into a nightmare. ha-ha. Why not choose the first sleep cycle, is to let the brain have a good rest, lucid dream is actually very tired, equivalent to physical rest, but the brain did not rest, so the first sleep cycle I choose to let the brain rest. Otherwise, it would be no fun if it suddenly made me angry and didn't let me sleep. In short, the brain is a good thing, to play with it.
I have it a lot times when i dont get enought sleep only 3-4 hours sleep for ah few days then i start this dreamings it can be funny it can be nightmare
