▹ open Grand Theft Auto V and put on Window Mode
▹ go to ONLINE and buy COMET ( or any vehicle )
▹ you can get NPC car, but you need put insurance
▹ go to LSC CUSTOMS and go to sell ( but don't sell )
▹ download cheat engine

▹ open Vehicle_Sell_Price.CT and click YES ( if appear any message )
▹ wait
▹ check the 2 boxes on cheat engine

▹ in VALUE, you put 2147483647 like:

▹ go back to the game and view if the car sell is 2147483647
▹ if have the value 2147483647 you sell your car
▹ will give error ( don't press enter )
▹ hold ALT and press F4 and confirm to close the game
▹ open Grand Theft Auto V again, go to ONLINE and view all your billions
