i3 8th or 9th gen if you can get i5 8th or 8th gen because emulator suck, CPU usage of emulator very high so you need a strong CPU, graphic card mostly not work when you play game on emulator so just take gtx 1050 or gtx 750, then you need a lot of RAM, at least 16GB RAM because emulator suck, again =)). Then if you got pc with spec i listed above you can just turn to play PUBG lite or something else because play mobile game on PC' emulator is suck tho, again =)). I swear to you even if you got NASA computer spec you will get the same lagging when you play game on Emulator lmao.

Try to set high emulator cpu piority to high and set game settings to smooth.
