Hm, Doctor Strange is introduced in 2016 with his introduction to MCU and wider audience.
There are no pre-requisites to 2016 movie, if you preparing for new one i would say that you need to watch in this order.
Doctor Strange 2016 > Avengers: Infinity War > Avengers: Endgame > Spiderman: Far From Home > Shang Chi (its a bit related to same magic universe) > Spiderman: No Way Home.
But again, if you watch Infinity War and Engame, you might as well spend some time watching them all, all 27 movies so far, counting in fairly bad Hulk movie with Edward Norton too.
