Just use SPACE, I don't see a point where I need to kite without a fight. If your using it on a fight, just hold SPACE bar.

my secret is a checkbox at the bottom of the hotkeys menu, its the option that autoattacks with left click its just soooooooo easy to kite with that. you just have to get used to pressing shift when you want to do anything else, but makes kiting so easy.
