If you send messages against rules (like spamming, thx, flooding etc.) your messages get deleted. You can check which of your msgs. got deleted and why via your notifications folder. If you again reach the limit to be a verified member, the system will give you your role in 1hrs if you meet the requirements

If your posts get removed you will have to make more posts to keep your confirmed member status. I don't know why it happens but maybe if you say something the moderators don't like, they remove your post.
