im getting always the error after launching match in LoL i have 21H1 winver, installed directx, all runtimes, turned off antivirus uninstalled vanguard but still getting the error

1- Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat close them all.
2- Install this two programs down below
2.1-
(unzip and run install_all.bat file with admin rights.)
3- Clear %temp% , temp and prefetch folders
4- Restart your computer and try again. If you keep getting the same error, install an older version of Windows eg Windows 10 1909 etc.

second if its game league of legend we not support that version you try to find hotfix to load cheat
