Maybe something's blocking with the curl, probably disable any anti virus that can block its functionality.

Dude I don't have a third party antivirus.. and yes I have disabled windows defender.. I don't know which thing is causing this error, that's why I'm here

yes bro you got it right.. there was a problem with one of my internet connections.. I just changed my internet connection to another and cheat successfully loaded. but the other internet connection is still getting the same error and the flush DNS does not work
