Already I trun off all antivirus.

Its normal just extract it in desktop everytime the loader deleted. and keep doing it until it works

This message is shown only when the cheat runs successfully . After this message open gameloop and start pubg mobile and when you are in Lobby just click "Enter" key on your keyboard. That's it your cheat loaded 
If it's doesn't help try adding some Screen shot next time.

Thanks for your reply. after disable anti-virus and windows security defender still files are deleted. because of high risk. when I scan this file via eset security a file was found called MSIL/Packed.VMProtect.B. which was contain in kmkob.exe. That's why computer automatic deleted MHloader although I trun of antivirus.

I guess it's happening because of your operating system. Try to windows 10 x64 bit. Also disable all your anti virus
