I looked it up, and I would say so. Here's what it has going for it:
•144Hz and FreeSync- a lot of monitors with these options (that I've seen) cost about $30+ more than this one.
•The screen is anti-glare and it has an LED screen instead of an LCD.
•Has a 1ms response time for gaming.
It's also curved, which in my opinion is more of a preference than a definitive advantage. Some think curved is better, others prefer a traditional flat monitor. Screen size is also subjective, but at 23.6 inches you're right about in the sweet spot of 20–25 where you can have a decent screen size without sacrificing too much pixel density. Larger screens of the same resolution (from the same distance) appear worse quality because you have the same amount of pixels in a larger space.
It looks good, but I would encourage you to read customer reviews before buying, just to make sure it's a good buy.
