Steelseries rival 3, best mouse that will fit in your 30$ budget. its an OG gaming mouse, feels good in hand, looks awesome with its customizable led lights (3 areas), also great software that allows you to set up mouse macros for any game. Wireless cost more than 30$ tho, but I have wired one and its still really good, decent mouse, really happy with it. There are ofcourse cheaper variants, like pictek t7 mouse, something about 15$, its not bad, I also had it, felt great, was really playable mouse, but it is cheaper, feels cheaper and looks cheaper.
