you have 2 ways
format your c drive and install win 21h2
or search for uninstalling updates and use it to downgrade your version

in my case when i install wondow i quickly pause updates for 7 days and after 7 days i will do it for another 7 days so my window did'nt update for 20h2 to 22h2

once you are in go to window updates section and double click or open its properties
it will be in runnning state or stop make it stop and then change from manual to disable and window updates will be stopped until your next restart
