Warning: If you're using Gameloop x64 version, you need to uninstall it and download Gameloop x86 version. Otherwise, cheat will not work.
Gameloop download link:
are you using gameloop 32 bit version ?
make sure you have gameloop setting direct x
if your window like higher 22h2 then your cheat not working
first cheat dose not working on window 11 and its not working loader to in window 8 or 7 do not use that version 22h2
cheat support window 10 only
i will recommended use window 10 1808 to 20h2 / if u go next version may be u got error other solution error fix in this...

just turn off the scure boot option in bios

Download and install pubg 32 bit.
clear temp files.
change graphics game settings to direct x.

I am also in the same situation as you. After injecting and clicking on the ad on the web, the loader automatically disappears without the menu appearing in the game. although i have thought a lot about possible possibilities like antivirus and lack of D3D library but all seems to be wrong, i have tried a lot of fixes but still no success, don't know what is the cause?

Trun off defender, and install pubg 32 bit change graphics game settings to direct x.
Turn off antivirus and turn off secure boot and select direct X
make sure you turn off windows defender or any kind of antivirus, update lastest windows

there was problem with loader yesterday, but I think they fixed it already just check once.
