Just go to a PC shop or buy a new battery. It's not expensive at all.

Fix for the issue 0% available plugged in charging
The issue might be in your battery or Adaptor or Motherboard. Remove the battery and start the laptop only with a power cord. If it does not turn on, the issue might be in the charger or power cord. You need to replace it.

First, you take out the laptop battery. You hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. Then you plug in the charger and turn on your computer. If the laptop boots up properly after these steps, it means the problem is with the battery, not your charger

It could be a problem from the battery itself or the charger… I also recommend to take your device to a repair shop to identify the problem … ive had this issue with my laptop , i also advise you not to use it while charging unless your playing games which are heavy on the battery

you can cut the energy cable so you plug the wires into a socket.. but take care, you need to connect only 2 wires , never plug the green wire ( NEUTRAL )

If was resolved you problem you can buy a new socket for the cable ^-^
