First, you take out the laptop battery. You hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. Then you plug in the charger and turn on your computer. If the laptop boots up properly after these steps, it means the problem is with the battery, not your charger

It could be a problem from the battery itself or the charger… I also recommend to take your device to a repair shop to identify the problem … ive had this issue with my laptop , i also advise you not to use it while charging unless your playing games which are heavy on the battery

1st check battery .. If the battery is good then change charger

I had also that matter and I gave the laptop to the service centre and they told me there is some issue with the motherboard. they told me to replace the motherboard.

you can cut the energy cable so you plug the wires into a socket.. but take care, you need to connect only 2 wires , never plug the green wire ( NEUTRAL )

it happened to me too, it happens in the charger, problem or charging place
u can try to change battrery is Dead
