restart your pc and run everything again, maybe the trick is running 2 times

Close LOL then start again ıf will do again you should delete lazy Then you could download again. but fixed like that

V is not for lasthit, it's for laneclear, for lasthit it's either C or X, if you mean that when you press V to laneclear and the champ hesitates to lasthit maybe it has to do with movement and attack delay on orbwalker settings, try different values on a custom match to see at what point it stops the problem.

Change this button, or exclude bogaripper to reinstall.
check the orbwalker settings. the wave clear key usually is set on A u can change it
