Need a secure boot spoof

Is there a way to spoof the secure boot status before the boot?
I found an EFI file related to this; it should return true in secure boot status without enabling the secure boot itself.
but it's patched (not working anymore).

any ideas?

Not sure if its all ASUS but mine does not work like that. After you clear TPM, Windows asks you to restart and when you restart TPM is back.
