There are no working public TPM or secure boot bypasses at the moment, they're patched
There isn't really anything you can do right now

Not sure if its all ASUS but mine does not work like that. After you clear TPM, Windows asks you to restart and when you restart TPM is back.

These guys, new to the site, accumulating comments on the platform, are too boring, they don't add anything, they just comment on anything, without any sense, and leave the post full of garbage. :D

If you're looking to run unsigned code or modify the boot process, there are generally safer alternatives. Here are some possibilities depending on your goal:
Disable Secure Boot Temporarily: Many systems allow you to disable secure boot in the BIOS settings. This can be helpful for installing specific operating systems or running diagnostics. However, remember to re-enable it afterward for optimal security.
Use a Virtual Machine: Virtual machines allow you to run a separate operating system within your existing one. This can be a safe way to experiment with unsigned code without risking your main system.
Check with Software Vendor: If you have a specific program you're trying to run that requires disabling secure boot, consult the software vendor's documentation. They might have alternative solutions or updated versions that work with secure boot enabled.
