hello sir when ever i run memory hack it injects but nothing is shown hack menu is there but there is no esp no items hack is running but it is not showing enemies and items , any solution?

I had the same problem but disabling AV and firewall did not work for me. After i did a clean windows installation it worked perfectly fine, except you should do this if any other propsed fix fails if you reallt wanna use the tool. Also, take note it just might be outdated and all you can do is wait.

Try the basic, install AIO Runtimes, reinstall MHUI, run as admin, disable Windows defender etc.
