New old thread replays etc

well i dont know where to start and not to make it too long and too boring for people to read it this is actually for ADMINS/MODERATORS i have seen so many posts threads people asking for help or have questions about the hacks etc and when you go in you see one or two people have replayed and said what to do how to do and how they can fix it and then you see 10 more posts the same answer i think thats more of a spamm then helping if i see that people already have replayed to an thread there is no reason for me to post the same post that the guy above me said or girl sorry anyway i think thats pure spamm and no point of doing it i think staff should close threads that got an answer already instead leaving it open so every single one posts the same answer that is already replayed by the first or second person maybe i am wrong but thats how i see it many of you are here just to get the post and not to help and stick with this community and help other people around because we were at the same position and needed help but not using it to gain posts and protending to help people thats just bahh

you should add an option for whoever started the topic, to have a lock option, and when it solves the problem it simply locks the topic and no spam, but here in the off-topic I don't think it's necessary help, there is a special section for this and where this lock option should be added

its a good idea, but i think in off topic we have no problems too.
