I dont think going to be an issue since everyone plays on game loop and other emulators where you Can easily change your Mac adresse so, dont worry too much

Yes, the ban pan system is stronger than before. You'll find a lot of people getting banned nowadays because of the inspector thingy that's been added. If you get a numbers of reports you'll get reviewed by the system, if found guilty, which means if your cheats are obvious, you'll get banned immediately.
